If you need to return something, all we ask for is that item(s) should be returned in new condition; same as you received them. Additionally, you must adhere to our following guidelines for returning item(s):

  • We carry several brands and they may have different warranty; our customer service staff will assist the customer with their warranty.
  • International orders aren’t eligible for refunds; they are only eligible for exchanges, and all shipping/processing fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Any item tested or used in such a way that it transforms the original condition of it, can not be returned as item(s) must be new if you wish an exchange or a refund.

Exchanges

We offer a 30 days exchange policy; a customer wishing to exchange has to notify us within this time by email if he/she would like to exchange the item(s). The process is straightforward. We will ship the new item(s) to you once we receive the original item(s). Any item(s) that you wish exchanged must be in new and unworn condition, with original tags attached. Usual shipping rates will apply and buyer will be responsible for them.

Return for Refund

We offer a 30 days return policy; you have to notify us within this time period by an email if you would like to return the bought item(s) so that we can give you a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). Please have the item(s) unworn, with the original tags still attached. All returns for refund must be received back within 15 days of the RA Number being issued, any return received after the 15 days of RA number being issued, will be eligible for exchange or store credit for a future purchase adjustment only. All returns must have an RA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. If a return does not have an RA number the package may be refused or sent back to you at your expense.

Restocking Fee

There is a 4% restocking fee to cover credit card fees/restocking expenses that we incur to process all refunds.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning the item(s) that originally was/were shipped free of cost or at a discounted rate, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. This is because UPS, USPS, and/ or FedEx do not refund shipping charges.

Once we have received the returned item(s), we will issue a refund after deducting any shipping charges and restocking fee.

* Please return the purchased item(s) in unused condition, with its original packaging, manuals, accessories and tags. Any item that has been used will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

Damaged Merchandise

In case you believe a product shipped has arrived defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service so we can assist with the problem. Please keep in mind that you must call or email us immediately to report the problem/defect with your order once it is delivered. If you believe your item(s) to be defective, we will authorize a prepaid shipping label, upon receiving item back, we will inspect it and if it/they is/are confirmed as defective, we will ship a replacement to you at no extra cost. We reserve the right to determine whether the returned product(s) is/are in fact defective. However, please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any products deemed mistreated or worn out. All merchandise deemed not defective will be returned to you at your expense.

Miscellaneous Issues

Sometimes things happen, we understand that, and we are not above making mistakes ourselves though we strive to keep it at a minimum. Should you receive item(s) and something isn’t right or the size is wrong, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to make it right for you in the shortest while possible.
