Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
DISCOUNT POLICY
All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Due to market conditions, availability of raw materials, and ongoing international trade regulations, product pricing may fluctuate. American Fur Inc reserves the right to adjust prices when necessary to reflect changes in import costs, customs duties, tariffs, and associated fees. Any promotional discounts offered are valid only during the specified promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
TERMS
All orders are processed FOB Baltimore, MD.
American Fur Inc accepts the following forms of payment:
- Certified Check
- Wire Transfer
- ACH
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
A signed Credit Card Authorization Form is required and must be on file before processing any credit card orders.
Check Payments
Orders paid by personal or business checks will be held for 15 business days to allow for check clearance.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned (NSF) checks.
NOTE
American Fur Inc reserves the right to deny credit to any applicant and to modify or revoke previously granted payment terms at any time, at its sole discretion. In the event American Fur Inc is required to engage legal counsel to enforce these Terms and Conditions, the customer shall be responsible for all reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection expenses incurred.
SHIPPING
Unless otherwise specified by the customer, all orders will be shipped using the “Best Way” method, meaning the most cost-effective option available at the time of shipment. Carriers may include USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other freight services. LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers may be used for large orders or upon customer request.
RETURNS
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Returned items must be received by American Fur Inc within 7 business days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER VERIFICATION
All orders are subject to review, verification, and acceptance by American Fur Inc before shipping. American Fur Inc reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order if pricing, availability, or customer information cannot be verified or if irregularities are detected. Orders will not be processed or shipped until verification is complete.
CATALOG & WEBSITE ACCURACY
American Fur Inc makes every effort to ensure that all product information— including pricing, specifications, images, and descriptions—provided in catalogue, price lists, promotional materials, and on our official website is accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur.
American Fur Inc reserves the right to:
- Correct any inaccuracies
- Modify product details, specifications, dimensions, materials, and country of origin
- Update pricing without prior notice

THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACE SALES RESTRICTIONS
Resellers are strictly prohibited from marketing, listing, or selling American Fur Inc products on any third-party online marketplace without prior written authorization from American Fur Inc. This restriction includes, but is not limited to:
Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, Rakuten, Wayfair, Facebook Marketplace, and any similar online marketplace or resale platform.
Approved Sales Channels
Resellers may only sell American Fur Inc products through the following authorized channels:
- Reseller’s own direct e-commerce website, solely owned and operated by the Reseller
- In-person retail sales through physical store locations, trade shows, or events
- Direct B2B (business-to-business) sales to end-use commercial customers
Prohibited Resale Practices
Resellers are expressly prohibited from:
- Selling to other distributors, resellers, or intermediaries for the purpose of listing products on third-party marketplaces
- Misrepresenting American Fur Inc products under another brand or private-label identity
- Participating in unauthorized marketplace programs (including any Amazon Vendor/Seller programs)
Any attempt to bypass or violate these restrictions will be considered a material breach of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of purchasing privileges and/or legal action.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
All American Fur Inc trademarks, trade names, logos, product images, photography, website content, product designs, packaging designs, and marketing materials (collectively, “American Fur Inc Intellectual Property”) are the exclusive property of American Fur Inc and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.
No reseller, distributor, or customer is granted any right or license to use American Fur Inc Intellectual Property unless such use is expressly authorized in writing by American Fur Inc.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or display of American Fur Inc Intellectual Property—including product images, branding, or marketing materials—is strictly prohibited and may constitute:
- Trademark infringement
- Copyright infringement
- Trade dress infringement
- Unfair competition / False designation of origin
- Violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
American Fur Inc reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available under applicable law to enforce its rights.
Resellers may only use American Fur Inc approved images, content, and materials for the sole purpose of promoting and selling authentic American Fur Inc products, and only in the form and manner authorized by American Fur Inc.
All authorized use must be discontinued immediately upon request.
Any unauthorized use of American Fur Inc Intellectual Property will be considered a material breach of these Terms and may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of purchasing privileges
- Removal/Takedown requests issued to third-party platforms
- Legal action to recover damages and protect brand rights
RELEASE, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
By purchasing any products sold by American Fur Inc, the buyer expressly warrants that they are in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the products. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the use, sale, or resale of any American Fur Inc products complies with all such laws.
Intended Use
American Fur Inc products are intended for legitimate purposes such as:
- Personal use
- Work-related protection
- Sporting, recreational, or professional applications
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore, Maryland. By placing an order, the parties’ consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
